Shipping, Returns and Cancellation Policy

1. Delivery Areas and Times
- Delivery areas: throughout Israel.
- Estimated delivery time: up to 7 business days from the date the order is confirmed. For handmade / custom-made products: 14 days.
2. Order Tracking
After shipping, an update with the tracking details will be sent to you at the email / WhatsApp address you provided.
3. Cancellation of a Transaction
A transaction may be cancelled within 14 days from the day the product is received or from the day the document containing the transaction details is received, whichever is later, provided that the product has not been damaged and has not been used. Cancellation fee: up to 5% of the product price or ILS 100, whichever is the lower. A monetary refund will be given within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice.
Special-order products (created according to personal measurements / requirements) may not be cancelled, except in the case of a defect.
4. How to Cancel
Via the "Cancel Transaction" button on the Site, or by contacting contact@wylde-hats.com / WhatsApp 0507410963. Please state your name, order number, and reason for cancellation (optional).
5. Return of a Defective Product
In the case of a defect or non-conformity, we will bear the cost of the return and will offer a repair, a replacement, or a full monetary refund, according to your choice and the law.
6. Method of Refund
The refund will be made using the original payment method, within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice or of the returned product, as applicable.
