Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to WYLDE. This website (the "Site") is operated by Mondovision Ltd., Company No. 513854679, of 17 Shazar Street, Herzliya (the "Business", or "we"/"us"). Use of the Site and the making of purchases through it are subject to the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions. The very act of browsing and purchasing constitutes agreement to these terms.
1. Definitions
"User" — any person who browses the Site or performs any action on it.
"Product" — any item offered for sale on the Site.
"Transaction" — the purchase of a Product through the Site.
2. Nature of the Products
WYLDE hats are handcrafted, item by item. Accordingly, slight differences in shade, texture, stiffness, or finish may occur from one item to another — these are not a defect but part of the unique character of a handmade product. Product images are for illustration purposes only; there may be differences in shade between the on-screen display and the actual product.
3. Placing an Order
An order shall be deemed complete only after payment has been approved and an order-confirmation notice has been received. We are entitled to decline an order in cases of stock shortage, a pricing error, or suspected misuse, in which case the customer will not be charged, and if already charged, will be refunded.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are stated in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT as required by law, unless otherwise stated. Payment is made by the payment methods offered on the Site. The shipping cost (where applicable) will be displayed separately at the time the order is placed.
5. Supply and Shipping
The details of supply, the delivery times, and the costs are set out on the "Shipping, Returns and Cancellation Policy" page, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Cancellation of a Transaction and Returns
A transaction may be cancelled in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations enacted thereunder.
In a distance-sale transaction (a purchase made through the Site), the transaction may be cancelled within 14 days from the day the product is received or from the day the document containing the transaction details is received, whichever is later. The right of cancellation is subject to the provisions of the law, including the exceptions set out therein.
In the event of cancellation due to a change of mind, the product must be returned as new, unused, in its original packaging where possible, and free of defect, in accordance with the provisions of the law and regulations.
Upon a cancellation that is not due to a defect, non-conformity, or other breach on the part of the Company, we are entitled to charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or ILS 100, whichever is the lower, in accordance with the provisions of the law. The monetary refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, using the payment method by which the transaction was made. The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defect, non-conformity, or any other case in which the law provides otherwise.
Exception — Custom-Made Products
Any hat manufactured especially for the customer following the placement of the order, in accordance with his/her personal choices or requirements, shall be regarded as a custom-made product.
Without derogating from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, a product created especially for the customer in accordance with a personal order — including an adjustment of size, design, colour, raw materials, finish, or any other personal requirement, as well as a hat created or specially adapted for the customer following the placement of the order — may not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, except in the case of a defect in the product or another case in which the law so requires.
Accordingly, it is the customer's responsibility to verify all the order details before final confirmation.
To cancel a transaction, you may use the "Cancel Transaction" button on the Site (where available), or in writing to the email address, or by a WhatsApp message to number 0507410963. It is recommended that you keep a record of the cancellation notice.

7. Warranty and Defective Product
Did you receive a defective product, or one that does not match your order? Please contact us within a reasonable time from the date of receipt and attach documentation. We will arrange a repair, a replacement, or a monetary refund in accordance with the law.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Site — including the name "WYLDE", the logo, the designs, the photographs, the texts, and the content — belong to the Business and are protected by law. The content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to keep the information on the Site accurate, but errors or inaccuracies may occur. Our liability is limited to the actual amount of the transaction, subject to any law.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction shall be vested in the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
